He knows nothing about the law and even less about real estate financial statements. The charade of this “civil lawsuit” is a witch hunt & persecution of Trump.What is so egregious is that no individual or institution was harmed or damaged. All loans were paid back or in good standing regardless of whether Trump’s financials were “exaggerated” or not. There were no loan defaults, no foreclosures, nor any loss to any party whatsoever.
