In order to justify or minimize the savage actions of terrorists groups like Hamas & Islamic Jihad & Al Qaeda & ISIS many extremist jihadists & sympathizers falsely claim that the Israelis & the IDF treat the Palestinians in the same way. Unfortunately many anti-semites & uninformed & naive people in the world believe this false narrative. The media & much of the fake news propagate this lie.
The palestinians are oppressed by their own people not the Israelis. For years, enemies of the jewish people, with the help of the media, have dehumanized, vilified & demonized the Jewish state and the jews. In many cases the word “zionist” has become a replacement for the word “Jew” in a derogatory manner. This is masked

The fact is when any enemy wounded palestinians, terrorists or otherwise, fall into the hands of Israel or the Israeli armed forces, they are treated with dignity & respect and taken to Israeli hospitals & treated by Jewish, Israeli doctors.
There exists no moral equivalence between the democratic state of Israel and the palestinian government or Hamas.
Yasser Arafat was the leader of the PLO from 1969 to 2004 when he died & then Mahmoud Abbas took over from 2004 till the present day.
This is not exactly a democracy ! !
